Yes, from the System Status page in your portal. You will see a green light if everything is operating properly or a red light if there is a problem. Not only can you see problems, but if there is even a blip, we see it, too, and send you an email. We always keep our reseller community up to date if there is a problem with a node, routing issue, etc. All notifications are also housed in your portal.
Yes, our QoS Monitor will detect latency, jitter, or network congestion within your customer’s LAN, at the demarc between the LAN and the internet, or within the ISP network.

The SkySwitch Quoting and Billing Tool is a quote-to-cash application that makes creating a customer quote, sending your customers an email for acceptance, and creating an account shell fast and easy for faster time-to-close and fewer errors. You bill your customers directly, and SkySwitch then bills you aggregately on the backend. This model gives you ownership over your customers, and you can dictate the longevity of your agreements. We don’t send you SPIFs. You make money off of your own pricing model, and typical margins range from 50-70+ points.
The SkySwitch Reseller Process
After a discovery call, customized demo, cost analysis discussion, and the opportunity for you to experiment with a demo account, all you have to do is sign our agreement. Once an agreement is signed, we will then connect you with an onboarding specialist who will work with you over the next 30-90 days to build and train you on your customized portal and billing platform that includes the items you want to sell under your own brand.
We require a modest upfront fee to cover the cost of our comprehensive onboarding process, invaluable training materials, and ongoing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. There is a monthly minimum commitment for adding new endpoints; however, we have a sliding scale of when the minimum kicks in to give resellers time to get ramped up.
Yes, with SkySwitch, every product/solution is a la carte. We provide all of the “ingredients” for you to choose from as part of your offering. Many of our partners prefer packaging certain capabilities from basic to comprehensive for easier pricing, calling them “Bronze, Silver and Gold” or “Basic, Standard, and Pro,” for example. Whether you decide to bundle capabilities or sell them individually, SkySwitch will help you build your billing platform.
Yes, you can create packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, for example) and determine what you want to include in those packages and the price for each. Or, you can line itemize everything. We recommend analyzing your market, competition, and desired margins to determine your prices.
No need. We have tiers built into our contract that provide volume discounts. As you grow, your costs decrease, and your profitability increases.
Finding customers depends on your market and your current customer base, but about 60% of all business comes from referrals, and 40% will rely on your sales and marketing efforts which we provide foundational recommendations to help kick-start your efforts. We offer a true white glove experience. Resellers leverage us for infrastructure, software, onboarding, training, and next-level customer support. We will equip you to provide Tier 1 support for your customers, which includes walking your customers through basic troubleshooting. If your customers have greater issues, you can contact us for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. We answer the phone within a couple of rings. SkySwitch Support is available 8 am - 8 pm EST, with someone on call 24/7/365 for emergencies or urgent matters.
