Chief Executive Officer
Geoff Bloss is Chief Executive Officer for BCM One and its acquired brand entities including SkySwitch. BCM One provides NextGen Communications and Managed Services to over 18,000 clients/IT leaders of mid- to enterprise-level businesses nationwide, and serves over 5,000 channel partners, VARs, and MSPs.
Bloss joined BCM One in 2012 and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer before being appointed to the role of CEO early in 2019 to lead the company to the next level of growth. He is also a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Bloss previously served as Chief Information Leader at FlightSafety International, a $1B Berkshire Hathaway company. Earlier in his career, Bloss built deep expertise in the telecommunications industry, providing strategic and program management consulting and deploying operational support systems.
Bloss received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.S. in Mathematical Science with Honors from the University of North Carolina. He was selected as one of QuantumShift's Top Entrepreneurs in America for 2019 by KPMG LLP's Private Markets Group and the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
Chief Technology Officer
Blake McKeeby started his career in the voice industry and has been at SkySwitch since day one, where he is responsible for managing the company's engineering and software development initiatives. During his tenure, he built from scratch an organization that today supports the communications needs of 25K small businesses across the U.S. and Canada. McKeeby received a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Math from Vanderbilt University.
Vice President of Customer Success
Having spent nearly four decades in the telecom industry, William Brister knows what it takes to be successful, and he brings that experience to his role as VP, Customer Success, where is responsible for SkySwitch reseller onboarding and reseller billing services. Brister built SkySwitch University, which has to date trained 600+ resellers. He also developed the company's reseller billing service programs and grew reseller monthly billing from $0 to $4M. Prior to SkySwitch, Brister was VP of Business Development at Ironton Global, where he co-managed the development of an international prepaid calling app. He served in the U.S. Air Force and won the John Levitow award, the highest award presented at Airman Leadership School for outstanding leadership and scholastic qualities. Brister earned a B.S. in Business Management from LeTourneau University.
Paula Como Kauth
Chief Marketing Officer
As Vice President, Marketing, Paula Como Kauth brings over 20 years of experience and a passion for building marketing departments from the ground up. She heads up marketing for SkySwitch and its parent company, BCM One, including marketing communications, brand strategy, events, demand generation, social media, digital marketing, public relations, and analyst relations. Prior to BCM One, Como Kauth held marketing leadership positions at two managed solution providers, Transbeam and UNSi, which were both acquired by GTT. She also held corporate marketing positions at AT&T Business and Qwest Communications. Como Kauth was recognized as one of CRN's Women of the Channel in 2019 and 2017 for her outstanding leadership, vision, and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation. Como Kauth holds a B.S. in Marketing from Philadelphia University and mentors rising marketing professionals.
Vice President, Support
Corey Stoker has leveraged his decade-plus experience in IT/support and the voice industry to build the SkySwitch support function from the ground up. He oversees the support team and focuses on educating staff and resellers through writing, training, and YouTube videos, in addition to working with product engineering to bring new phones to the platform and managing vendor and client relations. Prior to SkySwitch, Stoker was VP of Support at Tech360, a voice MSP, where he launched and installed over 1,000 user seats over several platforms that were maintained in the company's data centers.
Director of Sales
Sean Breeden is responsible for helping the company's team of Channel Account Executives to acquire new partners and to collaborate with those partners to increase their bottom-line success by assisting with platform demonstrations, cost analysis, and sales strategies. In the five years since he joined SkySwitch, Breeden has onboarded over 300 partners.
Sean previously worked as sales team lead at CoreDial, where he onboarded over 200 partners. Before entering the telecommunications industry, Breeden was owner/operator of a Play N Trade video game franchise. Breeden received a Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from Cabrini College.
Senior Director of Partner Success
Christina oversees the Partner Account Management (PAM) team at SkySwitch to ensure our partners succeed once they sign-on as a reseller. She has expertise in business process optimization and is responsible for delivering a consistent, integrated, and responsive experience to resellers through a unified onboarding, training, and account management organization. She brings 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to her role.
Prior to BCM One's acquisition of CoreDial, she was the VP of Partner Success where she oversaw the management of the entire reseller journey. As the VP of Partner Success, she realigned processes and resources to resellers based on their unique needs, relative maturity, and growth trajectory which earned her a spot on CRN's Women of the Channel list. Christina received her B.S. in Business and Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
