The white label provider, focused on small business, is now offering Teams Connector, a solution that combines the SkySwitch cloud communications platform with Microsoft Teams. The solution streamlines collaboration, messaging, and calling, putting it together in an easy-to-deploy application interface with a registered endpoint connected to the Cloud PBX.

SkySwitch resellers will offer their customers an all-in-one package that integrates both services and offers easy accessibility through the Teams application. Combining the full-function Microsoft Teams softphone with the advanced services for cloud communications from SkySwitch will give end-users an impressive UCaaS package.

Building a Microsoft Teams Ecosystem

Through the Teams Connector solution, SkySwitch supports resellers in offering customers PSTN calling, extension-to-extension access, and end-user portal management in the desktop, mobile, and web apps of Microsoft Teams. This solution also providers reseller customers with the full range of collaboration capabilities provided by Teams.
