SkySwitch Introduces a Better Operator and Receptionist Console

One of the more frequent requests that we receive from resellers has been for an Operator Panel and Receptionist Console that supports visual monitoring of line status, allows for drag-and-drop call transferring, and runs natively on Microsoft Windows PCs.   I am happy to report that SkySwitch now has a solution that better meets these needs.

The new Operator Console and softphone is software that runs on Microsoft Windows PCs. It is designed for receptionists and operators and enables centralized call monitoring and management. It is available for purchase now in the SkySwitch store.
